We are delighted to share that Dr. Myadagmaa Jaalkhorol, a member of our Mongolian Bone Health research team, received the Poster Award at the 14th Seoul Symposium on Bone Health & the 38th Spring Scientific Congress of the Korean Society for Bone and Mineral Research (KSBMR), held June 18–20, 2026, in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
The award recognized her outstanding research titled “The Association Between Muscular Strength and Bone Health in a Mongolian Population: A First Large Epidemiological Study.” This work represents one of the first large-scale epidemiological investigations into the relationship between muscular strength and bone health among the Mongolian population, contributing valuable new data to the growing body of regional research on osteoporosis and musculoskeletal health.
The symposium brought together leading researchers, clinicians, and public health experts from across the region to share the latest advances in bone health research, osteoporosis prevention, and musculoskeletal disease management. This recognition is a proud moment for the Mongolian Naran Society for Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Health, reflecting the strength of our research collaborations and our ongoing commitment to advancing bone and musculoskeletal health in Mongolia.
